Refund Policy

NO REFUND - Subscription / Digital Products.

Once your working has been assigned and the work has been started you cannot get a refund for any payments you have already made. If you do not want to use our services you may opt Not to USe services, You may still have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

The payment you are about to make is in relation to an invoice for work that has already been provided to you. Distance Selling Rules do not apply to business to business contracts and therefore if you would like a refund of fees please refer to our complaints procedure as per our standard terms of business. 

It is the responsibility of the client to understand the scope of service  and deliverables before deciding to register for the SUBSCRIPTION of Long time Services. If the client registers for services and then determines that he/she no longer requires services, no refund of fees will be made.
